Representation

This is the human readable text name of this concept. This is a string that will be used by any terminology-aware application (as opposed to ConceptDefinition).

Language Code

This is a two-letter languge code, optionally followed by a two-letter region code separated by a hyphen. In development: Link to ISO standards for these codes.

Is Preferred?

A concept can have muultiple representations in each language. The most commonly used representation in a each language will be marked as "Preferred".
